I used to own DDH and sold shortly after the acquisition announcement for two main reasons - PRN's debt and its exposure to Africa. For me the latter is much bigger issue than the former (look at the BSE or SRX for some case studies). But the SP now is giving so much discount that I am starting to consider getting in feeling that the Africa risk is adequately compensated for. Will need to do a bit more research on the company.
