Obviously a seller wants out for some reason. Selling a business that is at a significant discount to NTA and one that will return NPAT of circa 16% return.
it is only with sellers like these that value investors get opportunities. Based on fundamentals, I doubt there will be too many on the register that see the same pessimistic outlook. the stock should make its way above $1 as soon as the seller has finished. Low average daily trades over the past few weeks at least with about $15 mil transacted for a reduction in market value of over $100M.
