What will make PRN go back up to +$1.20
1. Interest rate cut due to large debt
2. Increase in revenue so new contracts and renewal
3. Gold price goes up
4. Increase margin due to DDH1
5. Buybacks
6. Dividend
7. Positive surprise in report
Lets not talk about take over and broker upgrades
There will be at most one more hike this year imo. Rev seems stable, infact it has been growing. Gold price is at record high which means gold mining services money should be flowing in, maybe there is a lag here. Not sure about 4, hope this month report will tell us more about the integration of DDH1. I do expect more BB and not a small div, I prefer aggressive BB at this price level....however if there is a good report and stock rises over $1.10 then either is good.
As for the negatives, So far there aren't new bad news for PRN. i do think the downside is limited as the stock had been punished for little reason.
