If you think Gladstone is still alive and kicking, I'd suggest you take a trip there and better inform yourself, it may give you more clarity than a Google search. Also take a moment to look back at Decmil's forecast made late 2012 for occupancy growth in their asset and put that in the context of current demand. It simply doesn't stack up.

I also note Lee Verios, Giles Everist and Trevor Davies, also directors, did not elect to buy stock during the permissible buying windows for the last FY. Using your logic, this would suggest they do not share the same level of optimism that you suggest the Criddles do.
