good value at these prices, page-4

why is this company languishing? I don't understand what it is that the stockmarket don't like about CKR?
In this year's annual report:

High dividend yield (approx 10%)
Consistently been profiting over the past 4 years.
Earnings per share of 3.6c
Consistent growth with shareholder equity growing by
10% to 44.06 Million.
This seems like a quality stock ... I first read about it in Shares mag listing of their picks for 2005 (pg 61, Feb 05)... so I can't understand why the market doesn't like it ... can only agree with Shares mag assessment then when they say that it's possibly more a reflection of sector sentiment than anything else.
Also ... PE ratio is 9! Times interst cover is also safe at 4.8. Only negative I see is that debt is 46.4% of equity.

And another advantage is that they create a product which is firmly a past time of mine lol.
