    Let me update those dividend figures...

    Full year dividend is likely to be around $0.94-$0.97 offering a dividend yield of around 9.4%.

    Assuming then that the final half dividend is around $0.42 and this is maintained into the next financial year, the dividend for the next FY will be around $0.84 giving a yield of 8.4% at these prices.
