The Hot copper market cap figure is not live and the $1.139b figure you quoted does not take the fall into account. The current market cap is 855m and that was a massive fall on Friday.
I don't think it is appropriate to be trying to judge this company's value on current cash flows when we all know that these figures are once off, due to the flood problems. I came in and bought more at $1.70 and I will be very surprised if it doesn't recover at least some of the fall in price tomorrow.
As suggested by you, I have decided for myself and I do think RRL is good value.
