I wonder what the brokers have revised their target prices to.
I have seen one new RRL target price of $1.90, reduced from $2.70 by JPMorgan. The main concern is the grade reconciliation. The discount factor used in the analysis was 10% and no value was assigned to the NSW project. 2014-15 net profit estimate of $92m, and $190m for 2015-16.
Anybody seen other broker reports and their target prices?
