Just reading the top 20 shareholder list in Allegiance.

I know you've always been a vocal opponent of GUL directors on this forum.

I've been pretty quiet when it comes to chasing up Deitz as I was not vehemently against him sitting there and doing zippo holding 23 million AGM shares that were appreciating nicely.

Now that I see he has sold 3 million of them and done nothing whilst still pulling a $70K salary (last time I looked) I am rather pis.ed off.

Lets face it, all he has tried to do in the last 5 years is an abortive attempt at developing a few resedential blocks of land in Sydney. His salary in that time is quiet a few hundred thousand bucks.

You've convinced me. I am going to write to him and ask for some explanation as to what his strategy is to realise the true value of GUL shares and what he is going to do to stop reducing GULs asset base.

Disgraceful stuff.
