Today was a very good day for the AIZ SP, making two good days in a row.
I can't find any fresh good news about AIZ, or VAH today.
I think the SP gain in AIZ today is thanks to comments from Richard Branson on Thursday
and also thanks to yesterday's long awaited SP gain.
The same comments from RB yesterday resulted in an increase in volume of VAH shares,
but a small decrease in SP of VAH yesterday. Can anyone explain how the RB comments had opposite affects on VAH and AIZ SPs?
This has been a very high volume week for AIZ shares with more than 1 million shares traded.
Prior to May 100,000 shares traded per week was typical.
The fundamentals of AIZ, or VAH don't seem to have changed, but the market sentiment towards AIZ has.
It will be interesting to see if the optimism in AIZ and high volumes continue next week.
