Can anyone please tell me how often VAH can issue 15% of new equity?
Can anyone please tell me whether any issue of new equity greater than 15% requires a special resolution to be passed at an AGM?
Can anyone please confirm that a special resolution requires 75% of shareholder approval?
By my reckoning the five major "partners" in VAH currently hold 86% of the stock.
