this is my first post in hotcopper. in response to the query on what their 128mil is worth in property- i am a malaysian who have visited their investment properties. They are not flash but definitely in prime location. its akin to owning an old office block in CBD Melbourne. Their new block in Bangsar is in blue chip location - most expats in Msia live there. Its a Toorak of msia so im fairly comfortable with their investment properties. I got in UOS 2-3years ago when it was 60cents. im holding all the way. My only concern is there seems to be a glut of residential apartments in msia, im not sure how long they can keep going.
