SG. Number of shares does'nt matter, it all boils back to market cap e.g. no of shares multiply share price = Mcap
As share price goes up, market cap goes up.

Infrastructure is all there. FMG have it all in place.

FDL will be using FMG owned "Pilbara Infrastructure company PTY ltd"

They will still have to pay for the privalage.
