Maybe it's nothing, HST have already done a cap raising.

Had my finger on the buy button for the last week but held back.

The only thought in the back of my mind is if they drop or slash DIV to preserve capital and use on capex then market will short term punish.ie (ssm)

This may however become the norm and market will adjust.
Hard to get something from a nothing economy.
