    HST did pay too much for Rotary esp as UK in big strife. HST have work in Middle East largely outside of Dubai which produces no oil and has crashed!!! CEO David Harris is top drawer and i feel fairly sure the 9c div will be maintained. He knows that mkt will hammer SP if divs are cut. In turn... when mkt sees 9c final div in writing in August, then buyers will pour into this stock.
