I think fair value with the dividend maintained at 9c is between 150-170 depending on the market outlook. But this could go easily over 200 if the world economy improves, perhaps towards the end of the year? Once again i reiterate the dividend is the key here as not changing it would justify holding the stock based on yield alone.
