    HST around 115c was an obvious steal. Should be more in this run i think was surprised that the overhang of shares hasn't put the breaks on yet but apparently the instos can see good value too LOL. The SPP increased liquidity in HST which is not a bad thing either. It is getting harder to find exceptional value such as this one last few days.
