As usual you quote completely out of context (and in massive font for some reason). He is speaking his own company ambitions which have recently begun to move beyond providing manufacturing and research production for innovators (like CYP) into their own innovation aims, which he also says "For our Therapeutic businesses, we will aim to file investigational new drugs (INDs) with the U.S. FDA for the “off-the-shelf” iPSC-derived allogeneic therapeutic products. Currently, we are focusing on retinal diseases, heart disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and cancers. For those four indicated areas, we would like to file several INDs within the next five years."

His 10 year timeline pertains to Fuji's treatment ambitions - they are primarily a manufacturer first and foremost, not unlike Lonza for your ease of understanding, but have recently been more into moving into treatment ambitions themselves other than just providing manufacturing and research facilities. CYP is much further along those pathways having started far earlier.

The timeline does NOT pertain to CYP. Who you might recall are very much further ahead having FILED ITS FDA IND APPLICATION IN 2017and was cleared in 2022. And unlike Fuji, or any other IPSC stem cell treatment company for that matter, CYP is also fully recruited in a large phase III trial and results expected 1H 2026. If you actually did some simple proper research on CYP, instead of just continuously try and fling FUD at it from articles that don't pertain to it, you'd know CYP has had an expediated pathway for said phase III trial from the TGA from back in 2020!:

Seeing as you like big font: So yeah, you are still way off on your 10 year timeline for likely availability of CYP's IPSC treatment - in Australia particularly, hopefully to the benefit of thousands of knee OA sufferers.

(as I have stated many times, I am on CYP for the Sculptor ambitions mainly - though LUMC funded trial a nice bonus)
