Check "Register A Company In Ireland". Let me know what the cost is to register, the yearly lodgement fee of a NIL return in Ireland.3 potatoes. Or 1,000,000 CYP shares.
That's what I thought. Is it more than the annual supply of coffee for a sales team in the US with zero sales?CYP shareholders are not qualified to discuss sales, at all - including potential sales. You have to get close to be qualified!
Hmm... so MSB holders are qualified to discuss sales with 2 out of 2 BLA submissions resulting in CRLs? That's a fail rate of 100%. Close, yet so far. When was the first rolling BLA filed again? Some might say between then and now there could have been enough time to conduct a new trial in adults and perhaps you could be qualified to discuss sales instead of coffee purchases in the US.It is about as pointless of a discussion as discussing the best places to visit in Meyrin (near Geneva). Hopefully that reference is not lost.Swiss Bank Accounts. SI loves a tax haven. He's well cashed up after 20 years of selling the future and never delivering. RM is not short of a quid either after retiring from talking arse and not being within a bull's roar of success - they should talk.
Hang on, he was retired to come back out of retirement a few months later working for another company. Bless them. Anyways, let's praise Switzerland as a tax haven and divert. Whatever floats your boat.Turkey? Well, that's where the dart landed! What about the US operations?
"The Group consists of the parent entity, Cynata Therapeutics Limited and its wholly-owned Ireland- based subsidiary Cynata Therapeutics Ireland Limited and US-based subsidiary Cynata Incorporated, which in turns controls 100% of Cynata Australia Pty Ltd, the non-operating entity of Cynata Incorporated.Balances and transactions between the parent entity and its subsidiaries, which are related parties of the entity, have been eliminated on consolidation and are not disclosed in this note."
If you go back to 2012 and 2013 and check thr history, you'll see why there is a US operation. Or of course don't. No difference to me.
How many Americans have been dosed again?
Repeating the same question over and over again still doesn't change the fact that it doesn't make a difference. You may prefer US citizens treated, but the trial design discussed and approved by the FDA would include a threshold of some sort of how many patients are required to be treated in the US, although that may only be a requirement for a P3, not a P2. My answer remains the same, at this stage it is a non-event. We will get an update on recruitment numbers in the next quarterly, but it won't be broken down into different countries - unless it must be, which it doesn't. And if it doesn't meet stringent HC requirements, I suppose they may as well just de-register the companies in AU, the US and Ireland, call it a day, save the post office box rent and the peanuts on the yearly lodgement fees and transfer the funds to a high interest earning bank account in Switzerland.
