Hang on - are we now talking about Japan? In which case, please define your definition of "sales". Please advise on the origin of the product sold in Japan - is it an MSB product? Who developed it? Is it "Prochymal-like"? If so, then I am happy to discuss real-world outcomes in Japan by Murawa et al as well as the prior JCR clinical trials (Ozawa being the lead investigator, but someone else's name is on the published papers, happy to look up).
I think we mist start there before discussing qualifications as you don't seem to be up to speed (by that I mean up to 2015).
The company makes a big deal about the USA then doesn’t provide any details about enrolling candidates in the USA. You can have it both ways then - I stand corrected….?
They are not required to update the market every time a patient gets enrolled, whether that's in the US, Turkey or Australia. Your desire of getting that information is perhaps something you should discuss with ASIC or clinicaltrials.gov to see if they could make it mandatory. For the time being, the quarterly update is a good source and btw, also not a requirement (which is why previous leadership decided not to keep shareholders informed...).
