    anyone else recommending a buy? Is anyone recommending a buy of SCE? I've gathered that tropicalbrad is pretty keen on this stock, but reading through past posts it seems others are much more cautious.

    With a view to small percentage gains in the short term, will this "spike" again anytime soon? Say mid 3c?
