Why do I still rate BBI as BUY when they have all these problems?
Simple. I believe DBCT will sell and I believe it will sell at a very good EBITDA multiple therefore eliminating virtually all their corporate debt. The "other" problems are not big enough to put BBI into administration once corporate debt is zero or minimal (<$300M).
