another pressure release valve

I've been thinking a bit more about likely outcomes over the next couple of years and I think, maybe, we will see more see residential renting in caravan parks dotted around our major cities.

That's not to say these things are cheap, people still have to pay $150-$250 per week for a cabin in one of these places, I dunno what a monthly rent for a caravan or caravan space would be.

In any case, this is an additional pressure-release valve along with share accomodation and kids staying on at home for longer.

This is all necessary until the building industry can deliver plenty more houses to meet the needs of our growing populations.

I haven't read this whole article yet but if others on this thread wish to learn more about these parks you can read this http://www.prres.net/Papers/Armitage_Brown_Issues_in_Property_Management_Caravan_Parks.pdf

There may be some investment opportunity in this but I don't know enough to comment in any way just yet.

I still think that the lack of houses, the increase of people and the containment policies of all State governments means it is time to buy property again.
