article moves are afoot by both camps, but it looks awfully messy. If MGX get control but AZR remains as a listed entity as per PMM it will be a real mess.
l only hope a white knight will come to the rescue, and soon, but l am not selling to MGX - l see 30 - 35 c conservatively for AZR once it is producing
