There is a some free pages of Australian Financial Review that usually overcharges for other web based stuff.

One of them will give you all dividend paying stocks organized in order of yield.
There are many useful parameters such as franking, year high/low, NTA and much more.

I have the link at work, had a quick look for it but no joy.
I will publish the link around next weekend.

But be carefull some data is a bit inaccurate and they tend to assume that company will pay same divies next time as this year.
