Alot of shares are being issued in Canada-52.4mil plus 26.2mil options-but at least they're being made to pay the current price on ASX-should never be any need to issue another share or option in the future,so the fully diluted capital will be 330mil shares-the C$27mil now being raised will buy us a complete plant in each of two locations and lots of money for exploration and I wouldn't rule out the acquisition of the Batong Buhay copper-gold mine in the Philippines. I would expect to see several analysts come out with updates or new recommendations within the next week.
