I find it strange that the deferral of payment to Nucharee is presented as an option under negotiation so to speak - i mean she would know our current situation better than any of us by being involved directly and on the board no less, is it really that difficult to work out? Or is it being presented as an option under discussion because the company believes it may not be necessary to defer it...
Given she has a vested interest in the success of the company, Lotus Hall don't have anything to mine without us - unless Thailand has another gold mine that im not aware of lol
Then I wonder to myself are the companies interests more aligned with hers by having her on the board, you would think so...especially given that the loan was unsecured but then why is the deferral such a point of contention? Or is it merely being framed that way I don't get it
Given the circumstances you would think its just a matter of her & Ross having a simple conversation.
The lack of clarity around alot of key issues here is incredibly frustrating
