Grave incompetence by Jamie and Ross.
Effectively halved the share price. If only they were competent enough to secure finance. We would have gone from $2 to $2.50.
We only become debt free at the end of Q1 2024.
Hopefully they extend the tribunal decision for another year, as people will dump the share with no protection for KCN from the criminals.
We also will have no funds to buy back shares that are dumped. This could go back to $0.80.
It is time for two independent board members. This is NOT a family run business.
