Maybe they didn't want stock options because Jamie had worked at KCN for 10 years, never bought any KCN in his lifetime and then was able to use a portion of this milked Bonus cash to make his first purchase below $1.49 & 2nd purchase recently at $1.19
I can hear there brains ticking over at the bonus time; " Why give ourselves expensive higher priced options that we will have to eventually pay for to exercise at a higher price......we would actually have to make deadlines, no more gasslighting in Thailand & will cause us to actually have to achieve results, when we can simply milk the Cow and buy cheap stock today !!!!!
