Why do you think management is incompetent because I just don't get it?
They have taken the company from near forced bankruptcy because of the forced closure and now have the mine running again.
The timeline was forced on them the whole way by the Govt. but when they were able to, they started the process of getting the ducks lined up and then getting plant 2 running. Now they are proceeding with getting Plant 1 running and mining activities started again.
What else could they have done?
