no one could prevent those because uncle TU came in power by force back 2014 and kick us out in 2016, you can explain how can Ross prevent us from this event? He could protect us by smart move which is what he did.
what finance they destroyed? They paid 75m loans between June to dec 2016 (check the asx reports).

They got our mining contracts, they got the preference shares where we owe to her $12m which she is extending 12 months each year, also she provided us another 12m for mining operations ( unsecured loans) plus they invested a lot of money to buy new equipment so that our mining operations can start in October. Care to explain why she deserves no vote (voting is personal choice), don’t bring personal life like she inherited company from her husband.
So far I can feel that Ross and Jamie stopped talking to you which makes you paranoid and it is normal human behaviour.
