In one year from now we will be producing over $100,000,000 a year in free cash flow and profit.
Either they give us a monster dividend, or they spend that on a buy back.
Then comes a time when management think they are smart and look for another opportunity. Ross wants to exit and needs a big transaction to do it. He is old. Jamie is not a CEO. He is a caretaker with direction from Ross. There is no future unless we get a new CEO.
You might just find that this share underperforms as placement holders exit. Then long-term holders with significant holdings exit as they have all realized "great asset, poor management" and further risk of another failed venture. There are 10 of millions of shares waiting for the door and the company will have to buy them all back.
No need to complicate something so simple and so profitable.
