Acc. this there is still a chance for a comensation by Thailand...
one would think the minimum of a poss. compensation paid by Thailand would be the cost of the refrubishment of both plants ?
since they are not entirely innocent of the costs incurred...
the costs are now known and a bill can be written quickly... : )
