Speccies usually swing due to daytraders/technical traders... take profits, rsi overbought past 80, bollinger bands over stretched...
Other cases such as today A2m, BFC and almost all asx200 stocks (daily basis) are due to instos/fund managers. Same as the above reasons, and also due to accumulation/building positions in progress... Eg. instos can easily buy at market $3 Mil driving sp up in a straight line. Does tthat benefit them? No. Hence, this method is effective creating liquidity and lower entry level.
Whether its daytrading/ST/Medium/LT... a good entry offers assurance/peace of mind. And it applies to yield stocks too, the lower your entry the higher yield %.
