It sounds like they are trying to "finalise" discussions so we may have an announcement in the next few weeks imo.
Again "The Company will provide a detailed update to the market as soon as any negotiations are finalised" sounds like it will not be too far away.
May be wrong, but thats how I read it. What do others think?
