It is worth checking out the EN website, they have a new presentation on the home page which helps to illuminate where this is all heading. Their new heap leach testing facility will have 10 pads 'for testing different ore types across their various JVs' and they also show a time-line for all the major new supplies of nickel coming on line within the next few years. Which include Acoje, Berong, and a couple more from the Atlas stable which will come on stream later.
Rusina is a long-term play. The DMCI smelter option might provide some medium-term excitement but the real story will be around 2010/11 when the heap leach production kicks in.
What the SP does this year is pretty irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. The real reward should come over time for those with patience.
