Yes, "consideration" not relevant, I think just 5,000,000 shares now diluted to under 5% through placement.

arv haven't sold one share from what I can see, since they first bought 5,000,000 in 13/7/07. On 31/3/08, these 5,000,000 sares were first diluted from 6.32% to 5.22%.... and further still (under 5%) with the last placements.
