I drove my missus to the Town Centre 5 km away on Aust Day.. i told her- it'll be interesting to count the no. of aussie flags - you do the left side of the road & I'll count the right side & lets tally up when we reached,
we counted a grand total of 3 flags.
in the past years it would be at least tens..maybe 50.
down at the waters/ marina - my friend told me she counted a grand total of 1 -hoisted on boats
