    My understanding of the tax law is that you would still need to dispose of your asset, ie. our worthless BPG shares, before claiming a capital loss. If BPG is delisted, this would need to be pursued via a private sale of your worthless but now private BPG shares to another person or entity, or utilise Delisted. The big problem would be finding any sane individual (or entity) who would seriously contemplate owning anything run by these useless f-tards who have mismanaged BPG into the dirt. Let's hope the tax man is on the job for them.
