do you not see a squeeze ( less job opportunities and high prices in desirable 20km within CBD over the years ) - then you are great Pretender
sure I can move 50 km away or may be 100km away and get something cheap ... then I might just move to Africa
do not feed people rubbish like go and move away from desirable places ....go over 40 km from city.. go and travel 1.5 hr each way ...
this is AUS you want to live in ?
may be you rather say:
decrease interest rate to 0.5%
promote our property overseas
let super fund borrow to the hilt to invest in real estate
don not allow any more rezoning
and so on
