Lol the whole thing is a joke-the bears keep going on about how foreign buyers are pushing up prices and that they would cause a crash when the dollar drops.
I then post a link showing how there is increased buying due to foreign buyers now able to buy at a discount due to the lower dollar and all of a sudden the bears change their tube to the foreign buyers are only a very small segment with no effect.
And now they are back to complaining lol
I can't see what the problem is-they aren't buying <$500k houses
