I was a very happy and loyal customer of MLHSBC....since the migration my trading experience has has just gone down hill......
1) Not all my stocks were migrated...my international stocks aren't all there....WTF is happening! They say they've got one of the best people looking at it.....that was weeks ago. As ETR doesn't have my stock i can sell it!!! I'm in limbo.
2) WTF they don't have currency conversion for their international stocks?....US$/HK$ etc all appear as A$
1:1...
3) This latest incident just takes the cake
