1.6 Billion Shares on issue as a micro cap is not low.. for this to get to production it will most likely dilute at least 3 fold if not more.. quite a lot of Li stocks that have already done the journey and shown this.. so by that time there will be possibly 5 billion+ shares on issue.. and that's assuming ore reserves and grades prove up along the journey.. all those looking for a $1 party should keep that in mind.. In saying that.. this definitely looks a goer and looks like it will do bags.. Jurisdiction is good and timing is right.. it will be interesting to see who there first offtake will be.. if it is a US based downstream producer it will fly.. Lithium price is strengthening massively and supply is tightening .. just a few good results and it will go well.. The Diablo offload is also good so they can focus as a pure play in this environment.. Diversified microcaps move slower and leach $$ all over the place..
