Assume it is inclusion of salary sacrificed and write back of negative gearing losses for assessing welfare payments.
Seems reasonable to me. Sticking a load into super is a huge tax benefit on its on. Then double dipping and getting extra welfare payments always was a legal rort. About time it was changed.
