This is just a ridiculous attempt to curry favour with disgruntled shareholders. Serves no real purpose whatever. Does more harm than good as you will no doubt see.

The BOD might not have performed to your expectations, but the only difference that another BOD would have made is that they might have already put this company into administration.

Their problems are almost or in fact unsurmountable. Forget about fertiliser prices, covid and world conflict, all BS.

IMO, NRZs problems (and I mean all) can be traced back to environmental issues, home and abroad.

The world's attitude to climate change and health of Mother Gaia is changing fast. It is a simple as that.

This has spooked financiers, making raising money difficult to stay alive let alone raise $3 billion.

IMO, it is unlikely that this project will come to fruition, so get over it, analyses your mistakes not those of the BOD, and move on.
