There was some Q&A comment on the production guidance at around the 36 minute mark.

1. They have the taken the lowest evaporation rate for each month over the last 3 years to derive a very conservative evaporation position.
2. They have factored in the completed ponds for part of the year only.
3. They have allowed for major maintenance to the reactors in August and February.

1&2 have potential to show some upside benefit - it is probably safe to view 5% as an "under promise" scenario.

As for CTO - Losada was COO. Not exactly the same role but as far as that goes, I am not sure they have a CTO.
