In regards to progress on filling of the new ponds - the existing bore-field has excess capacity, but I think the issue is the progress with the liming plant. A mobile liming plant was going to be the king hit that would enable increased flows, but it is running behind schedule. In the absence of increased liming capacity, they are stymied in regards to pumping more brine.

From the December quarterly
During the quarter construction of a new reactor began at the existing primary liming plant. This reactor will enable the primaryliming plant to process a higher flow rate of brine before the Stage 2 liming plant is built permitting brine stocks to be increasedand facilitating the rapid filling of Stage 2 ponds, as well as a mobile secondary liming plant that would be installed by lateFebruary.Construction of major equipment for the Stage 2 primary liming plant commenced during the quarter and is progressing wellwith key items being awarded to a local companies. The Stage 2 liming plant is expected to be completed in Q3 FY19.

Engineering and civil works for the secondary mobile liming plant were completed during the quarter, including the constructionof concrete slabs and the delivery of tanks with installation to commence during the June quarter. The secondary liming plantwill have the capacity to treat up to 300 l/s of brine.During the quarter construction began on a new reactor for the existing primary liming plant. This reactor will enable theprimary liming plant to process a higher flow rate of brine before the Stage 2 liming plant is built permitting brine stocks to beincreased and facilitating the rapid filling of Stage 2 ponds. A mobile secondary liming plant is expected to be installed by lateApril. Between both plants, there will be capacity to treat up to 600 l/s of brine.
