Thanks Niu, so in summary they have identified it is important to increase liming capacity immediately and
identified the need for a mobile plant, which in dec2018 they said would be complete by February, then they said late April, then they said they only started assembly in the June qtr! What a debacle with no explanation, let’s hope that is why the COO is no longer! All the wording changes between primary, secondary and mobile had me mixed up and I had wrongly assumed they were on track and talking about liming required for stage 2 timing not catching up with the 5t short on stage 1 nameplate which should have commenced 12months ago, and I assumed mobile liming had been in operation to manage this flow since Feb.
