according to the BRR announcement, they are aiming at around 200 million shares post project capital raising, so there will be another ~136 million shares to be printed.
So if the raising is at ~5c now(40c after consolidation) then $54.4 million should be raised. However that means 78.6 million needs to be raised from other sources for the project capital costs(~$133 million).
If they are to finance only through a capital raising then the shares need to get back a ~12.5c or so(~$1 post consolidation) to hit the ~200 million shares the MD claimed is the target.
Haven't been 12.5c since the new management came on board so am not holding my breath about this consolidation.
