I disagree with your statement akrotiri that PRR only moves on good news.
I have been specialising in trading small cap stocks such as PRR for over 8 years quite successfully.
They are not only driven by good news, fundamentals and techicals play very important roles also. There are times in the market that stocks only move when they react to news other times they move because the sentiment is bullish or a postive technical setup, I do aggree that these levels present good opportunities to accumulation.
